The following statement explains our policy regarding the personal information we collect about you. In short: Poppy Yarns does not sell, loan or give away any information you supply to us.
We do not collect any personally identifiable information from visitors to our website and cannot identify visitors in any way.
If you enquire via the website, we will store your email address to enable us to analyse and improve the performance of the website. We will not disclose your email address to any third party.
If you place an order with us we will only disclose your personal information to legitimate third parties in order to fulfil the order, for example courier or credit card companies. We will not disclose or sell any personally identifiable information to anyone else. The only exception to this would be for the investigation of fraud or to comply with any applicable law, regulation, legal action or government request.
We keep a database of past customers and may very occasionally contact them via email or post with information about special events or product launches. If you would prefer to not be included in this database please email us and we will remove your name immediately.
To comply with the Data Protection Act we take every precaution to keep your personal information and in particular your credit card details secure.
